Working at Colorado Help at Home is a super rewarding experience! Management’s really supportive and attentive. They’ll often go above and beyond to match caregivers with clients that fit their skills and personality, making sure that there’s a positive environment for both parties. Also, there’s a lot of good training opportunities. Overall, it’s a great place to work, with an awesome team that genuinely cares about your well-being and success as a caregiver.

Let me start by saying the last person to post is CORRECT....there are not enough stars in the universe to rate my experience with Colorado Help at Home. We have used this service for three years now and I cannot say enough positive things about each and every staff member I have had contact with. We don't live in Colorado and need help caring for a dear elderly friend who has ADD and alzheimer's and aphasia. Colorado Help At Home has been an absolute miracle for us. They really CARE...I mean genuinely care. They entire staff is hard working, smart, efficient, lovely people. The friend of ours that they help lives alone and so when these caregivers come over it's a BIG treat for him. They give him peace and kindness and companionship. They are ALWAYS on time and ALWAYS tell me everything that is going on and needs to be followed up on, communicate perfectly...(text, send pictures),. They have managed and dispensed his medications to the most professional standards...met with his doctors as needed. They report on his demeanor, check mail, check the dog, walk him and the dog, make sure the trash is out, check his food, makes sure he is eating, recharge his phone, check the TV....a thousand different jobs that I am not there to do and that my friend cannot do. I could not ask for more...just wonderful (espc Heather, Stacy and Stephanie but really everyone I've ever spoken with there). BTW, their staff is CONSISTENT...that's a really BIG deal. This company hires well and KEEPS their staff so its not a revolving door service (as so many are). That says a LOT. I have been able to call them for emergencies and on weekends and they will take care of the problem. JUMP on it. And at times its been managing very stressful situations. And I am in California freaking out. If you are reading this you know how difficult it can be to find good caregiving....it's a huge matter of TRUST. If you are reading this, look not further. THE BEST!!!!!!!PS This is a real review. I am a client. Not a friend or anyone with an agenda other than to help readers of this comment find THE BEST caregivers you can possibly find! Hope I am this lucky when I need this kind of help ;-))))

There are not enough stars to convey how much Colorado Help at Home deserves. They provided companionship, created a safe and healthy environment for my grandparents, took them to appointments, organized their home, and were such kind and loving caregivers. They were able to be there when I couldn’t- on holidays, in bad weather, during wakeful nights, and just nearby for companionship.My Grandparents’ house was disorganized and borderline dangerous when Colorado Help at Home came in. They helped my grandparents organize in a non-threatening way and made life easier for all of us. CH@H helped them set up some safety and mobility aids. When my grandfather died (not on their watch), they helped our family navigate big big changes. Their insights helped us make some important choices based on their experiences with other families. The ability for my Grandma to then stay at home with a trusted companion helped her adjust to life as a widow. And then, years later, when it was time for her to leave her beloved longtime home and move out of state, her caregivers helped her see the positives and encouraged her to get ready for a new way of life. She was optimistic and ready, thanks to Stacy, who I asked way too much of, but she went way above and beyond what should be expected of a caregiver. Heather, Stacy, and all the staff at Colorado Help at Home were like family. They were advocates, protectors, and friends. They were hard-working, problem-solving, full of love. I don’t know how our family would have gotten through the last 4 hard years without them. I truly feel they have added good quality years to my Grandma’s life. Thank you, Stacy, Heather, and all the sweet caregivers who gave so much of yourselves- you are so special to us.They will cook for, clean for, transport, encourage, and befriend your loved one like their own family. Their attention to detail, problem solving, professionalism, and work ethic is priceless. Thank you, Colorado Help @ Home.And in case you are wondering, Grandma is now here in California with me and still doing great at 92. Thank you, Stacy and Heather, for helping us so very much.

They take excellent care of my grandpa. They price fairly. They are proactive with communication for changes in my grandpa's health/care and scheduling. They are accommodating for disruptions that seem to happen weekly in the life of a geriatric. It often feels like most organizations are predatory toward the elderly, sucking up money to provide the least care possible, but Colorado Help at Home is the opposite. Thank you, CHH!

It's hard for me to imagine a more compassionate , professional and hard-working team of in-home health-care employees than Colorado Health at Home. The extraordinary effort they put into caring for my brother in Denver far exceeded my most optimistic hopes about a home health-care service.I live in Boston and was dubious about my ability to hire anyone from long-distance who could be trusted with my brother's care. He was in his 70s and needed help with everything (meds, showering, food shopping and meal prep, house cleanup, you name it). All I can say is that the team, led by Heather Wilson, was amazing.They consistently showed solid judgment, patience and warmth in caring for my brother -- and also in contacting me when they had questions.( knew immediately they were special, when my brother, who hated being fussed-over, thanked me for bringing them in to help him.)Colorado Help at Home was with us for six months, and those were some of the most comfortable and comforting months my brother and I spent in the last 10 years of his life.I can't recommend Heather and her colleagues highly enough!Peter Cowen

It's hard to put into words what Heather and her team have done for my family. They have consistently gone above and beyond to provide care and understanding in so many different and difficult situations. The first time Heather went to visit my parents they confided in her and told her what they truly wanted: to stay where they were and not move to assisted living. She helped us make it happen and I'm truly grateful. Since that first day she has been there through this journey, helping all of us cope with each day's new challenges. Heather, and her team, have felt like family to us. I can not imagine going through this experience without the kindness, patience, flexibility, humor and expertise of Colorado Help at Home.

My father, who receives in-home care from Heather Wilson's staff, calls her an "angel" because she goes way above and beyond to truly attend to his every need. Before my mother passed in 2016, Heather blessed her last months of life through her staff with joy, comfort and dignity well beyond our expectations. Heather Wilson and her team of RN’s and CNA’s were nothing short of miracle workers in the last two years of both my mother’s and father’s lives. They were truly invested in all aspects of my parent’s well-being, and gave me much-needed peace of mind knowing that my parents were being so well cared for. I would not have been able to keep mom and dad at home (where they very much wanted to be), were it not for Colorado Help At Home, nor do I think either of them would have lived as long or as comfortably as they did without Heather’s kindness, gentleness, and medical knowledge. These are absolutely the people you want taking care of you or your loved ones; simply the best in the business!
